Popeye von Potch is a delightful 10 month old German Shepherd. When it comes to this boy, Popeye is an apt name for more than one reason because nothing can keep him down. Being a young pup, Popeye is always on the move. He bounds on his walks, wanting to catch every smell and examine what lies ahead. He loves to meet new people on his walks, at times giving them an exuberant hug hello. Popeye’s personality is just as sparkling. He enjoys receiving affection all over, especially scratches on that spot right on his cheek. Around other dogs, Popeye does well with friendly, mellow types. Off leash, his energy level can come off as pushy, but Popeye does listen when he’s asked to step back and give a new friend some room. Popeye is a pup that has quite a bit to learn but he has youth and his sunny demeanor on his side. He listens and is ready to be your best student. (his eye is healing)
